Graduated compression
15–20 mmHg
Firmest at the ankle, easing as it climbs. That gradient is the whole point — it works with your calf muscle to push blood back up instead of letting it pool around your feet.
Not sure which size to choose? If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing down — alpaca relaxes slightly with wear. And if it's not quite right, returns are easy for 30 days.

REAL SUPPORT. REAL RELIEF.
Why thousands of people on their feet all day switched to ALPACORE alpaca compression.
TRUE GRADUATED COMPRESSION
15-20 mmHg, firmest at the ankle and easing up the calf. Keeps blood moving and swelling down through the longest days on your feet.
WATER BEADS UP AND ROLLS OFF
Alpaca fiber repels water and sweat instead of soaking it up. All the support, without the hot, damp squeeze that nylon compression turns into by mid-afternoon.
ON IN SECONDS, OFF JUST AS FAST
Stretches wide enough to slide over swollen feet and calves. No wrestling at the door, no dreading the morning.

CUSTOMER REVIEWS
Best compression socks I have owned
I have worn a lot of compression socks over the last nine years and these are the first ones I actually look forward to putting on. Everything on the product page held up. Nothing else is going back in my drawer.
Twelve hour shifts are survivable now
I am a nurse and my ankles used to be swollen by hour eight. Three weeks in these and I get home and my legs still feel like legs. The alpaca does not get swampy like the nylon pairs I had.
Perfect amount of squeeze
Fit great. Enough compression to keep my feet and legs feeling good all day, even after a long shift. Buying two more pairs.
Wish there was more cushion underfoot
Compression is spot on and the calf never digs in. My only note is I would like a little more padding under the ball of the foot for standing on concrete.
My husband was skeptical
He has several other brands and did not think these would be different. After one day he came and told me they were not even close. Thank you.
The others cut off my legs
The pair I had before squeezed so hard I had lines for hours. Two days in these and I could see my ankles again. Completely different feel.
Dry all day, no marks
Feet stay dry through twelve plus hours and there is no bruising line at the top of my calf. That was the thing I hated about every other pair.
Flying does not wreck me anymore
Wore these on a fourteen hour flight and landed without the usual balloon ankles. Packed a second pair for the flight home.
Worth every dollar
I balked at the price and then bought three more pairs. They hold their shape after a dozen washes which is more than I can say for the cheap ones.
Great, sizing runs snug
Love the material and the support. I am right on the line between medium and large and should have sized up. Going up one is the move.
Standing on concrete all day
Machine shop, ten hours on my feet. These are the only socks that come off at the end of the day without a fight and my calves are not throbbing.
Soft in a way I did not expect
I assumed compression meant scratchy. These feel like a good sweater. Zero itch and I have sensitive skin.
Cool in Phoenix summer
It was 108 last week and my feet were not sweating. I do not know how a wool type fiber does that but it does.
Easy to get on
At 71 the getting on part matters more than anything else. These stretch wide and then settle. No wrestling on the edge of the bed.
Good sock, slow shipping
No complaints about the sock itself, it does what it says. Took nine days to arrive though and I was told five to seven.
Nurse approved
Recommended these to three coworkers already. The difference at the end of a shift is not subtle.
No smell after two days
Wore a pair two days straight on a road trip and they still did not smell. My cotton socks cannot manage one day.
Recovery made easier
I was told to wear compression while I recovered. These were the only ones I could get on by myself and they are far more comfortable than the pharmacy pair.
Long haul trucking
Ten hours in the seat and my ankles used to puff up every trip. Four weeks with these and it is night and day.
Love them, wish for more colors
The gray and black are great but I would buy three more pairs tomorrow if there was a navy.
Better than the pharmacy brand
Half the price of what I was paying and about twice as comfortable. The pharmacy pair felt like a rubber band.
Legs feel lighter
Legs feel lighter by the afternoon instead of heavy. That alone is worth it.
Holds up in the wash
Twenty plus washes, still firm at the ankle, still easy at the top. No pilling anywhere.
Gift that landed
Bought for my mom who is on her feet all day at a salon. She asked for two more pairs the same week.
Not for wide calves
Great sock if you fit it. My calves are 19 inches and the X-Large still felt tight up top by the afternoon. Support was fine, comfort was not.
The only thing that helped
Third trimester and my ankles were rough. These are the only thing that helped and they are soft enough to keep on for an afternoon nap.
Marathon recovery
Wear them the evening after long runs. Legs feel fresher the next morning than with my old recovery socks.
Warm without being hot
Cold office, hot commute, and somehow they work for both. That is the part I did not believe.
Wrong size sent
Ordered large, got medium. Support swapped it fast and the replacement is great, but the first shipment was wrong.
No tight band at the top
No digging band at the top, which is exactly what I needed. Comfortable enough that I forget I have them on.
Teaching all day
Middle school teacher, four thousand steps before lunch. First socks that make the afternoon bearable.
Bought six pairs
Started with one, now I have six and I threw the rest away. That is the whole review.
