Shipping Policy

At OneCompress, we work hard to get your order to you as quickly and reliably as possible. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully so you know exactly what to expect after placing your order.


1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next available business day.

  • You will receive an email confirmation with your order details immediately after purchase
  • A second email containing your tracking number will be sent once your order has been dispatched
  • During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended — we will communicate any delays proactively
Please note: Processing time is separate from shipping transit time. The total delivery time is the sum of both.

2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options. Estimated transit times begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of purchase:

Shipping options available at checkout may vary depending on your delivery address. All estimated times are approximate and not guaranteed, as transit times may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.


3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, selected shipping method, and order weight. The exact shipping fee will be displayed before you confirm your purchase.

  • OneCompress may offer free shipping promotions from time to time — these will be clearly communicated on our website or via email
  • Any applicable taxes or duties are not included in the shipping cost and remain the responsibility of the customer (see Section 6)

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package in real time.

  • Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to become active after dispatch
  • You can track your order directly through the carrier's website using the tracking number provided
  • If you have not received a tracking email within 5 business days of your order confirmation, please contact us at support@onecompress.online

5. International Shipping

OneCompress ships to multiple countries worldwide. International orders are subject to the same processing times outlined above, with the following additional considerations:

  • International transit times vary by destination and may be longer than domestic estimates
  • All international shipments are sent with tracking
  • OneCompress is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures in the destination country
  • Some destinations may not be available for shipping due to carrier restrictions or local regulations — if your country is not available at checkout, please contact us for assistance

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, your shipment may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and local taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are entirely the responsibility of the customer.

  • OneCompress has no control over customs fees and cannot predict their amount
  • Customs processing may also cause delays beyond our estimated delivery windows
  • Refusal to pay customs duties may result in the package being returned or destroyed — in such cases, OneCompress cannot guarantee a refund of the original order
We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an international order if you have concerns about applicable fees.

7. Delivery Issues

If you experience any of the following issues with your delivery, please contact us as soon as possible at support@onecompress.online:

  • Package marked as delivered but not received: Please first check with neighbors and any secure drop-off locations at your address. If the package is still not found, contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date so we can investigate with the carrier.
  • Package significantly delayed: If your order has not arrived within 10 business days past the estimated delivery window, please reach out so we can open an inquiry with the carrier on your behalf.
  • Package damaged in transit: If your order arrives visibly damaged, please photograph the packaging and item before opening it fully, and contact us within 7 days of delivery with the photos attached.
  • Incorrect shipping address: Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. OneCompress is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error immediately after placing an order, contact us right away — we will do our best to update it before dispatch.

8. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal at customs), we will contact you via email to arrange reshipment. Please note:

  • Reshipment costs will be charged to the customer unless the error was on OneCompress's part
  • If reshipment is not possible or declined, a refund may be issued for the product value only, excluding original shipping costs
