This website and store at alpacore.co are operated by Flexnee LLC, 15442 Ventura Blvd, Ste 201-1881, Sherman Oaks, CA 91403, United States (“ALPACORE”, “we”, “us”). By browsing the site or placing an order you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Returns & Refund Policy.

1. Using this site

By using the site you confirm that you are at least 18, or that you have permission from a parent or guardian, that you can enter into a binding contract, that you will use the site lawfully, and that the information you give us at checkout is accurate and complete.

We may refuse or cancel an order where we reasonably believe it is fraudulent, where a product is unavailable, or where payment cannot be taken.

2. Products and pricing

Prices are shown in the currency of your market and may change without notice. The price that applies is the one shown at the moment you complete checkout.
If a price is listed incorrectly because of an obvious error, we will contact you before dispatch and give you the option to confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
Product photographs are illustrative. Colour can shift slightly between screens and between production batches.
We may change, limit or discontinue any product at any time.

3. Our products are not medical devices

Our compression socks are consumer garments, not prescription medical devices, and nothing on this site is medical advice. If you have diabetes, circulatory conditions, deep vein thrombosis, an active skin condition, or any concern about wearing compression, speak to a healthcare professional before use. 4. Orders and when the contract starts

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Our order confirmation email acknowledges that we received it — it is not acceptance. A binding contract forms when we dispatch your order. If we cancel after payment, you get a full refund to your original payment method.

5. Payment

Payments are handled by our payment providers over an encrypted connection to PCI-DSS standards. We do not see or store your full card number. By submitting payment details you confirm you are authorised to use that payment method. Charges appear on your statement as ALPACORE.CO.

6. Promotions, bundles and discount codes

Bundle pricing, multi-pair offers and discount codes are limited-time and may be withdrawn or changed at any time. Unless we say otherwise, offers cannot be combined with one another, apply only while stock lasts, and have no cash value. If an order is partially refunded, any discount is apportioned across the items kept.

7. Your responsibilities

You agree not to use the site for anything unlawful, fraudulent or abusive; not to try to gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems; not to copy, resell or exploit any part of the site or its content without written permission; and not to transmit malicious code or spam through it.

8. Reviews and content you submit

If you submit a review, photo or other content, you confirm it is yours to share and you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and reuse it in connection with our products and marketing. We may decline or remove content that is unlawful, misleading, offensive or unrelated to the product.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, photography, video, graphics, logos, icons and code — belongs to Flexnee LLC or its suppliers and is protected by intellectual property law. The ALPACORE name and logo may not be used without our written permission. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or make derivative works from our content without consent.

10. Third-party links and services

The site links to services we do not control, including payment providers, carriers and tracking tools. We are not responsible for their content or practices. Review their own terms before using them.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

Except where the law says otherwise, the site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components. This clause does not exclude any warranty or guarantee that cannot lawfully be excluded, and it does not affect the rights of consumers in the United Kingdom under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Flexnee LLC and its officers, employees and suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim connected to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Flexnee LLC and its affiliates, officers and employees against claims, liabilities, damages and reasonable legal costs arising from your use of the site, your breach of these Terms, or your breach of a third party’s rights.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Changes take effect when posted here, with the date below revised. The Terms that apply to your order are the ones in force when you placed it.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules, and the courts of California have jurisdiction over disputes arising from them.

If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of the United Kingdom.

16. Severability and entire agreement

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force. These Terms, together with our Privacy, Shipping and Refund policies, are the entire agreement between you and Flexnee LLC regarding your use of this site.
